A space has been created that combines current trends, featuring a contemporary style with warm touches. A neutral color palette was chosen, dominating most of the project, and contrasting with black tones and golden metallic accents that add sophistication to the environment.
The warm wood finishes, along with soft textiles in neutral tones and occasionally bolder ones, contribute to a truly cozy atmosphere, evoking a sanctuary in the heart of the city, illuminated by the natural light pouring through the windows.
Pops of color in the decorative elements, along with unique geometric lighting, breathe new life into the apartment, creating a fresh and vibrant atmosphere.
In the bedrooms, a soft and neutral palette is maintained, ideal for promoting rest and relaxation. The subtle use of contrasts in materials and details in black or selected colors enhances the tranquil atmosphere without losing the project’s elegant essence.
In the living room, a wooden wall stands out, stretching across the entire area, adding warmth and light. Besides serving as a space for entertainment and relaxation, it includes a wine cellar and a bar area.
All the materials selected for this project are of high quality, enhancing the apartment’s aesthetic beauty and improving the experience for those who enjoy it. Their durability ensures that they will remain timeless. Neutral textiles were chosen for the sofa, complemented by golden metal accents.
In the dining area, the glossy black table, along with the Pierre Jeanneret-inspired chairs, creates a focal point in the center of the space. On the other side of this open area, the bar seamlessly flows into the kitchen, where chandeliers with golden details and a breakfast area with vibrant yellow chairs create the perfect place to admire Miami’s views.
As a final touch, all these elements are harmonized with marble floors featuring subtle veining that adds a touch of luxury to the apartment without overwhelming the space. The light neutral tones that predominate throughout, combined with the natural light streaming in from the large windows, create a bright and welcoming space.
