Services: Interior Design
Our involvement included the development of interior design and the creation of custom-made furniture, manufactured by Atellier OMU.
To achieve a sense of lightness and spaciousness, we selected a neutral palette of fabrics, leathers, and woods, complemented by green accents in decorative accessories and brass finishes in furniture and lighting. The French influence is reflected in the molding details that connect each of the intervened spaces, along with the choice of lighting fixtures in collaboration with Diez Company team.
In the foyer, we designed a composition that includes a console made of metal with Verde Alpi marble and decorative brass wall sconces. This space integrates with a wood paneling that connects the dining area, living room, and kitchen.
For the powder room, we opted for a panoramic wallpaper that extends across the walls and ceiling in green tones, creating a contemporary and inviting atmosphere.
The dining room and living room were designed to offer spaciousness and functionality. For these areas, we selected wall sconces by Kelly Wearstler and a chandelier by Moooi, adding a distinctive touch.
In the Family area, we integrated the space with an L-shaped sofa upholstered in segmented fabric at the back, accompanied by an ottoman, creating an ideal spot for relaxation and gathering.
In the master bedroom, we continued with moldings that frame the headboard of the bed, made of leather, fabric, and wood, generating an ambiance of spaciousness and warmth.
For the nursery, we drew inspiration from the story of “The Little Prince,” creating a specially designed mobile. We chose a palette of light wood tones, a soft checkered rug, star-patterned wallpaper, and color accents in the floor lamp and a Montessori-style reading bench.
The selection of art throughout the project enhances each space, by the artist Edgar Solórzano in the foyer, from Estudio Actual gallery in the living room, by the artist Prince Lauder in the Family area and in the master bedroom by Arroniz gallery.
