The apartment consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a powder room. The design team decided to offer a palette of neutral and calm colors in the upholstery and furniture finishes, thus creating an atmosphere of peace and elegance that highlights the exterior view in all areas.
A soon as we enter, the apartment welcomes you with a hallway where the choice of art adds a touch of color and personality.
For the living room, we chose a camel velvet modular sofa, framed by the stunning view of Central Park. Alongside it, there is a linen chaise lounge and a bouclé lounge chair that complement the space, along with side tables made of metal and marble. In the center, there is a burl-finished table, accompanied by carefully selected accessories that bring life and color to the space, including a piece by artist Hugo Lugo.
The dining table, made of Italian travertine marble, is surrounded by four french dining chairs with clean lines and a contemporary twist, complemented by a geometric pendant light designed by Kelly Wearstler and sculptural art on the wall.
In the bedrooms, different textures and tones were selected in the textiles to maintain a space of serenity and rest. The decorative lighting in brass, by Kelly Wearstler sconces, enhances the spaces with its shapes, adding personality and accent.
