The first idea was to take advantage of this triple height, which can be enjoyed from both levels of the house and create something stunning as the cellar, and the fireplace that accompanies the social area, custom made by Margaret Bissu Interior Design Studio.
The interior design style is contemporary, creating an organic and eclectic space, since the living room and dining room are made up of spaces that coexist with each other, making it the heart or central point of the house, in neutral tones with emerald green accents, with furnishings and lighting by Molteni, Kelly Wearstler, Tom Dixon and Bocci to name a few.
Each room has a different personality, the guest rooms are in a more daring tone in gray and brown colors, accompanied by Holly Hunt wallpapers, and children’s rooms are more fun in bright tones and lots of color in Missoni designs.
The rugs of the entire project were designed in conjunction with Balmaceda Studio, opting for risky designs and maxi trends.
The Master Bedroom with a more romantic inspiration, transmits serenity and comfort in gold and green tones, complemented by neutral colors, the wall and the main bed is a custom made design by Margaret Bissu Interior Design.
On the terraces we created various environments with different accents such as the decorative floor lamps and pendants in the dining room by Contardi with Diez Company, the selection of furniture from the Nodi and CTR collections by Tribu, and the spectacular lounge chairs from the Ambrace ALU collection by Dedon, integrating the selection and design of landscaping with vegetation in the area.
