Querétaro - State of Mexico
Our participation consisted of the interior design project. The 602 m² (6,749.92 fts) residence has 4 rooms, two Families, Library, Bar Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Terrace.
The main challenge of this turnkey project was to create a home as a life project, where our clients expectations was to create a timeless and welcoming atmosphere, where they could live memorable moments, adapting each space for their comfort, meeting what they had always wanted, to enjoy time with family and friends.
The selection of materials and furniture is based on creating spaces with movement, using wood in furniture, doors and some details of the house, stone in the walls, the daylight that enters each space through its open areas, neutral and warm tones. combined with shades of gray and splashes of color to give a new life to every corner of the home, contrasting with soft and natural textures.
In terms of decoration, significant objects of great importance to customers were selected, as well as the selection of lighting such as the dining room lamp, being one of the main axes of the house, accompanied by a spectacular circular dining table, with wooden base and a Zebra Black marble top, specially designed for this project with 12 chairs so that the could enjoy and entertain their guests, and at the same time being able to appreciate it from the corridors on the upper floor of the house.
Most of the furniture was designed by the Margaret Bissu Interior Design office and manufactured in our workshops, we also include pieces from Mexican design stores, combining pieces from abroad such as the office desk and the central tables of the room.
Much of the art was selected by us and another part we relocated existing pieces that were important to integrate into the project, as well as objects of great value that were incorporated into the bookcase in the home’s living room, creating moments and a story behind each space.
