One of the most important characteristics of a property is its ability to transform itself, change its use and evolve over time. Therefore, professionals must have an overwhelming creativity to reuse any living space and turn it into a jewel of design.

The concept of this work was based on respect for the original construction, since it was previously a medical laboratory, and this condition represented a great challenge for Margaret Bissu Interior Design.

The fact of using natural materials, such as concrete, red clay partitions and the steel structure, as well as leaving the facilities in an apparent way, allowed them to create a harmonious environment that achieves the perfect balance between the previous industrial architecture and the new interior design; We can even say that it has a great influence from the classic New York lofts, in which the dividing walls were eliminated to generate feelings of spaciousness and comfort, as well as a look that overflows urban airs.

Finally, the young interior designer managed to conceive an avant-garde home where the functional and the cozy could coexist in a natural way. “Seeing that the end result exceeds the expectations of all parties involved is a great satisfaction for me and my team,” concluded Margaret Bissu.
