For young talents in the world of architecture and interior design, as in other branches, it is always a privilege to work with someone they admire. The case of interior designer Margaret Bissu was no exception when she undertook one of her most ambitious projects.

Coherence and harmony are reflected in the rooms, the pieces and the details of the textiles, which became the axis of the interior design proposal under a contemporary classic style. “I am a textile designer by training and fabrics are always a starting point for me. The textiles and their textures and colors were the common thread of the whole project ”.

“The color accents were achieved with the selection of fabrics. My research is focused on trend prediction based on textiles for fashion. There are companies like Nelly Rodi that are dedicated to generating these forecasts and I always use them as a reference. The color proposal is very daring ”, she assured. For the young designer, this project, which she started when she was 28, has become a watershed, bringing both invaluable rewards and significant challenges.

“It was always in my plans to do something like this before I was 30. Achieving it gave me the strength to continue believing in my dreams. The biggest challenge was to make this project talk about my work, my philosophy and what I am capable of achieving. I’m sure I did it ”.
